In what could be a minor setback for Team India’s support staff member Raghu, the throwdown specialist, two police personnel at the Radisson Blu Hotel could not recognise him and stopped him at the gate. The video for the same has gone viral too now. Rahgu or Raghavendra Dwivedi, for has been with the team since 2011, and is the oldest member to be associated with the unit.
The video clearly shows that the men on duty, mistakenly took Raghu for an intruder. Soon, the media personnel around clarified, that he was a coach with India. “Arey coach hai who. Team ke saath hai. Bus see utra hai. (He’s a coach… member of the team. He just deboarded the bus).
But credit to Raghu, as he didn’t respond much to what had transpired. In fact, he walked through without a hassle after the misunderstanding was cleared.
